Info For the Surgery

We are to be at the hospital at 7:30. The surgery is set to begin at 9:30. If I adjust the timeline that the surgeon laid out for us, we are expecting that she will be in until 6 p.m.

We left to come up for lab work this morning at 6:15 a.m. and Olivia had an opportunity to take a nap but did not. Unfortunately the lack of sleep caught up with her this evening and she got sick numerous times. It is 11:35 p.m. Right now, and I think she may finally be asleep. Sadly we have to wake her up to leave at 6:30.

While Olivia is in the PICU, we will have a room at the Ronald McDonald house. I will be able to stay there overnight with Avery and be close to get back to Olivia as soon as we are able. Dave will be able to go back there to get some sleep during the day since he will be staying at the hospital overnight. Please keep him in your prayers. He will be going through so much of the difficult hours with Olivia on his own with her, as I am still nursing the baby.
