Unfortunately the fever came back. Olivia's therapy had to be cancelled. I gave her Motrin around 8:30 and it brought it down. I called to see if there was an appointment available to take her to the Pediatrician and they had one spot 35 minutes later. Seriously hustled to get everyone dressed and in the car and made it onto the base with 5minutes to spare.
Due to the Motrin her temp was normal when they took it. The pediatrician asked me how high it had gotten. I reported that it had been 100.2, but that's when I gave her meds so I didn't know how high it might've been. She asked me to hold any meds to see how high it would get, and sent Liv for a chest x-ray to check to see if she had aspirated and blood work to see if she had an infection. All of the tests came back clear, and her fever didn't return!
